Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Talent Executive / Technical Recruiter in Madison to drive business growth by connecting top talent with impactful opportunities. You will execute full-cycle recruiting strategies and serve as a trusted partner to candidates, internal account managers, and clients.

Responsibilities include sourcing, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates through negotiations, and driving offers and onboarding with a focus on long-term relationships and market expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in staffing or sales environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Partner with internal Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and priorities.
• Submit qualified candidates and provide insights, including compensation guidance.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
• Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle (interview prep, evaluation, negotiation).
• Facilitate offer processes, including compensation and employment terms.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment steps (references, background checks, etc.).
• Manage consultants on assignment and support redeployment efforts.
• Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and deepen market expertise.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
