Our Madison Technology team is growing, and we are hiring a Talent Executive /Technical Recruiter. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving business growth by connecting top talent with impactful opportunities. You will execute full-cycle recruiting strategies and act as a trusted partner to both candidates, internal account managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Partner with internal Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and priorities
- Submit qualified candidates and provide insights, including compensation guidance
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients
- Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle (interview prep, evaluation, negotiation)
- Facilitate offer processes, including compensation and employment terms
- Ensure completion of pre-employment steps (references, background checks, etc.)
- Manage consultants on assignment and support redeployment efforts
- Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and deepen market expertise
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in staffing industry or sales experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new tools quickly
