Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and place technology consultants across contract and consulting engagements.
• Manage multiple active searches concurrently with speed and precision.
• Run full‑cycle recruiting from initial outreach through onboarding and start date.
• Support ongoing and repeat hiring needs for high‑value financial services clients.
• Build durable pipelines across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and PMO.
• Partner closely with sales and delivery teams to meet urgent and time‑sensitive client requirements.
• Negotiate rates, extensions, and redeployments.
• Maintain accurate tracking of activity, pipeline, and placements in Salesforce.
