• Track interview progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Greet and host candidates on onsite interview days, ensuring a polished visit.
• Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and employee record‑keeping.
• Provide operational support to the People team as needed.

Position Overview

In this role, you'll own the logistics that keep our hiring machine running: interview scheduling, candidate communications, and tight coordination between recruiters and hiring managers. You'll also support day‑to‑day internal operations to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fully in‑office role (5 days/week) at our San Mateo headquarters.

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving
• Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)
• Track interview progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems
• Greet and host candidates on onsite interview days, making sure every visit feels polished and welcoming
• Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and employee record‑keeping
• Provide operational support to the People team as needed

Preferred Qualifications
