Job summary

Hertha Metals is seeking a talented recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our Conroe, TX operations. You will post jobs, source and screen qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews with panels while guiding applicants through the interview process.

Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to understand hiring needs, draft engaging job descriptions, and design proactive recruiting strategies to attract top engineers and specialists in our innovative steelmaking field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred.
• At least 2 years of direct recruiting experience across all phases.
• Experience hiring for technical roles (mechanical engineers, metallurgists, process engineers).

Responsibilities

• Post jobs and ads in select locations and screen candidates.
• Manage all stages of the recruitment process with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and attend job fairs or recruiting events.
