Cssmerge is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Operations, and GTM roles to help shape the future of food operations.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing high-caliber talent. This position is onsite 5 days a week, emphasizing collaboration between teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical, engineering, operations, or GTM roles.
• Proven success in running complex, specialized searches, especially in Mechanical Engineering, Field Operations, or Commercial roles.
• Comfortable advising hiring managers on market dynamics, leveling, and hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across geographies.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and align hiring strategies.
• Drive recruiting initiatives to strengthen team capability and accelerate hiring.
