Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Technical Corporate Recruiter to energize and expand our IT recruiting efforts in a dynamic environment. You will work with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to build project teams and run a well-organized, efficient recruiting process.

Responsibilities span sourcing, direct sourcing, interviewing coordination, and automation/Orchestration roles, with a strong emphasis on delivering qualified candidates and maintaining compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of recruitment experience in IT/consulting.
• Experience with Hardware/Software recruitment (Developers, Network/Storage/Virtualization Engineers, Infrastructure Architects, Pre-Sales).
• Strong Boolean and natural language search, social media, and job board expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Solid direct sourcing and cold calling in competitive markets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; leadership potential.
• Experience with Lever is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates through networking, research, and outreach.
• Perform search functions including database mining, job board searches, web site searches, direct sourcing, and cold calling.
• Recruit for technical roles like Network Architect, Storage Administrators, Virtualization Engineers, Private/Public Cloud and Automation/Orchestration.
• Collaborate with Recruiting team and hiring managers to identify new avenues to attract talent.
• Interface with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate events.
• Post approved positions on ATS, job boards & social media; filter resumes for fit.
• Maintain compliance and update internal candidate database.
• Assist with reference checks by contacting prior managers/peers.
• Source, maintain and update competitive intelligence data.
• Perform referrals follow-ups to identify qualified candidates.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
