Job summary

Sylver Rain Consulting, LLC is seeking a Human Resource Associate / Recruiter to support talent acquisition and HR operations. You will partner with management and senior HR leaders to design recruitment strategies, source candidates, and manage the full cycle of hiring from posting to offers.

You will also handle onboarding, HR compliance, and employee relations support, while maintaining accurate HRIS records and weekly recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategy with Management Area and Sr. HR Leaders.
• Source candidates via online platforms, universities, and referrals.
• Write and post advertisements and job postings.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and report to Senior Leadership weekly.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Process and negotiate offers with confidentiality.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and HRIS.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Collaborate with managers to understand required skills and competencies.
• Assist with labor classification, compensation alignment, and compliance.
