United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead full-desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical roles that drive our Mars exploration objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years recruiting, or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years recruiting.
• 7+ years recruiting in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy.
• Screen and source candidates, recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate candidate tours and onsite interview logistics.
• Support onboarding, background/reference checks, and offer processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and adapt to shifting hiring priorities.
