REGENT is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering and operations leaders to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates across a broad range of technical functions. This high-impact role blends strategy, execution, and storytelling as REGENT scales its Seagliders program and builds a world-class team.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, build proactive pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process while contributing to REGENT's employer brand

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multiple technical functions (engineering, manufacturing, operations).
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close top-tier talent.
• Strong communication and storytelling to represent the company and role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and search criteria.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer, including negotiations.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and events.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with timely communication and feedback.
• Use data and market insights to refine search strategies and improve outcomes.
• Improve processes and employer branding to raise candidate experience.
