Responsibilities

• Conducts strategy meetings with field hiring managers to identify needs and provide regular updates
• Attends career fairs and events as Hunter Truck recruiting representative
• Recruits and selects qualified personnel for skilled technical openings
• Sources, screens and refers candidates to hiring managers
• Maintains relationships with candidates and managers with continuous feedback
• Develops recruiting strategies to reach top technical talent
• Identifies recruiting sources and networks to improve presence
• Conducts interviews by phone, in person, or via Teams
• Creates communication plans to acquire necessary talent
