Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment of skilled technical talent. The role involves strategy development, sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment to build a strong talent pipeline.

The successful candidate will partner with the VP of HR and field hiring managers, participate in career fairs, and maintain active relationships with technical schools and industry networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience in a related industry preferred.
• Solid knowledge of medium/heavy duty industry.
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
• Professional verbal/written communication.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field hiring managers to identify needs and process expectations.
• Represent Hunter Truck at technical career fairs and school events.
• Recruit and select qualified personnel for skilled technical openings, e.g., Diesel Technicians.
• Source, screen, and refer technical candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and managers, providing feedback.
• Develop strategies to reach top technical talent and networks.
