Its Engineering & Data team builds technology products and platforms that support the growth of its gaming and consumer apps.

Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering & Data team, building and closing candidate pipelines for gaming roles and new app launches Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies; prepare for and conduct intake meetings, apply knowledge of the talent landscape, and maintain internal communication Source passive talent using sourcing tools and creative methods, engaging candidates and generating interest in roles Ensure consistent communication and a positive employer brand throughout the candidate experience Partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
