Требуется 4–5+ лет опыта в мобильной игровой индустрии, опыт работы в мобильном F2P и подтвержденный успех мобильной игры. Стратегическое мышление, владение английским языком и способности к быстрой итерации обязательны.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ лет опыта в игровой индустрии в областях разработки, продакта, дизайна, арта или смежных.
• Опыт в мобильном F2P-маркете, желательно в дизайне, и успешный опыт мобильной игры.
• Страстное увлечение мобильными играми, глубокое понимание основ геймплея, игрового ощущения и итераций.
• Проактивность и настрой на владение проектом.

• Подход к принятию решений на основе данных, умение быстро тестировать гипотезы и учиться на результатах.

• Identify what makes the game fun today and what could make it stronger
• Monitor and improve retention, playtime, engagement, and monetization
• Contribute hands-on to game design, level design, UI/UX, technology, art, and product decisions
• Improve the internal game creation and iteration process
• Manage team performance and growth, maintain a high talent bar, and help strong people develop
