Job summary

Voodoo, a leader in mobile games and apps, seeks a Strategic Project Manager for its Growth department in Paris. You will lead transversal initiatives, venture projects, and drive a growth platform to scale any mobile product globally.

You will identify opportunities, guide cross-functional teams, and design scalable processes while maintaining autonomy and a fast-paced mindset. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a top engineering school (Grande Ecole Program).
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• Curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Nice to have: SQL queries, gaming or performance marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
• Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
• Enjoy autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them
• Design and build leading processes and products
• Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable
• Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.
