Job summary

Cogitic Corporation in Colorado Springs is seeking a Recruiter to build and manage candidate pipelines for skilled machinists, programmers, engineers, and other technical roles.

You'll partner with Workplace & Experience Manager and hiring leaders to craft descriptions, source talent through LinkedIn and career fairs, and own the candidate experience from first contact through offers. This role offers hands-on recruitment in a defense-focused manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, resume review, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruiting process: postings, sourcing, resume review, screenings, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate interviews and provide materials to hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Develop and update job descriptions and postings with hiring leaders.
• Engage with schools, events, and networks to expand the talent pipeline.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics.
