Redwire Defense Tech is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner for engineering, manufacturing, and specialized technical roles. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to develop and execute talent strategies that fuel growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting engineering and technical talent within aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, government contracting, or high-tech industries.
• Proficiency with ATS/recruiting tools (Jobvite, Paycor, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Sourcing passive candidates for niche, hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience supporting multi-site, high-growth, and scaling organizations.
• Ability to manage a full recruiting lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• High-volume, high-priority requisitions with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Recruit for complex engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Align recruiting strategies with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead intake meetings, set candidate profiles, plan interviews, and drive timelines.
• Leverage sourcing tools, networks, referrals, and associations to attract top talent.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation guidance to hiring managers.
• Support process improvements for scalable recruiting practices.
