Vannevar, a defense-focused AI company, is expanding its recruitment team. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on sourcing top engineers across disciplines, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.

Join a mission-driven team of ~200; you'll shape recruiting strategy, craft proactive sourcing, and ensure a world-class candidate experience while moving fast in national security projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 3+ years in tech or high-growth startup recruiting.
• 2+ years recruiting in defense or adjacent industries.
• End-to-end recruiting with various interview formats.
• Experience with ATS, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
• Creative, proactive sourcing and strong candidate relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.
• Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies.
• Drive process improvements and recruiting best practices.
• Coordinate with candidates, managers, and teammates for a world-class experience.
• Prioritize and manage pipelines for multiple openings.
• Operate with a sense of urgency.
