We are seeking a senior recruiter to own full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on sourcing senior engineering talent. This role partners with hiring managers to shape requirements and interview processes, builds proactive sourcing strategies, and ensures a world-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience for a tech or high growth startup.
• 2+ years of recruiting in the defense industry or an adjacent industry.
• Full lifecycle recruiting across various interview formats.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools including ATS, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools.
• Creative strategic sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles with an emphasis on sourcing senior engineering talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.
• Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies.
• Drive process improvement and recruiting best practices.
• Manage candidate pipelines for multiple concurrent openings.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
