Job summary

Camlin Group is seeking a Recruiter for a 3-month fixed-term contract based in Norcross, GA. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across U.S. operations, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent, coordinate activities, and ensure a smooth requisition-to-offer process.

This role balances sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and process excellence in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Prior experience in tech/manufacturing recruiting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in-house or with an agency recruitment environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to source candidates across multiple functions and skill sets.
• Strong screening and interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with multiple vacancies.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as primary candidate contact.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting Camlin's values.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate ATS tracking and provide recruitment updates.
