Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting hourly/non-exempt manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or industrial roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing, technician, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, quality, and production roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing priorities and schedules.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the process.
