Unusual Machines in the U.S. is hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft effective sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines and moving searches with urgency. You bring 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical or aerospace environments, exceptional communication, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical/manufacturing/aerospace environments.
• Proven ability to recruit across technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates, including hard-to-find passive talent.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep searches moving with urgency, accountability, and strong communication.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and guidance throughout the process.
• Help continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer brand.
