Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Use multiple sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
• Build strategic talent pipelines and relationships with staffing vendors.
