About the role

We’relooking for a Technical Recruiter whoseeksto learn about who we are and what wedoand whounderstands thateffectivehiringrequires deeprelationships across thebusiness and genuine curiosity about people’sexpertiseandcareers.In this role, youwill own full-cycle recruiting for technical talent, program managementresourcesand the occasional corporate function team member. Technical hiringwill befocusedon cybersecurity, cloud, and identity roles that support our federal missionwork. This is a role for someone who wants to build deep partnerships across theteam, not justfillrequisitions.

You’llwork closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand where the company is headed, translate that into strong candidate experiences, and bring in people who will make a measurable difference on our teamsand forour customers.

What you’ll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud, and identity talent supporting federal contracts.
• Build andmaintaindeep working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the company to understand evolving business needs, not just job descriptions.
• Proactively build and nurture talent pipelinesin anticipation of future hiring needs and positioning the company to move quickly when needed.
• Use AI tools thoughtfullyand strategicallyto speed upwork, while keeping the human judgment and relationship-building that make a great hire, well, a great hire.
• Partner with the business to align recruiting strategy with company growth, tracking results against real hiring and retention outcomes, not just time-to-fill.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience, and contribute to broader talent acquisition and company initiatives.
• Represent Easy Dynamics’ culture and mission clearly and honestly to every candidate, so people who join know exactly whatthey’resigning up for.

Qualifications

• 4to8years of technical recruiting experience; experience recruiting within federal contractingorwithin astart upis a strong plus.
• A track recordof hiringtechnical talent inthecybersecurity, cloud,softwareengineeringoridentityspace.
• Demonstrated results as a recruiteranda track recordof being a partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills andfocus onbuildingtrust with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
• A collaborative, team-firstapproach;must be able topartner well across a business that is constantly evolving alongside technology anda range ofcustomers’ missions.
• Comfort and curiosity with AI-driven recruiting tools, used to augment your work and free up time for the parts of hiring that need a human touch.
• A growth mindset, someone looking to develop professionally and grow with the company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
