Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Fast growth trajectory in prior roles (agency, in-house, or VC).
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels.
• High learning agility with new tools and topics.
• Experience partnering with technical leaders to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering roles.
• Use AI and coding tools to automate workflows and raise productivity.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract engineering talent.
• Influence leadership with recruiting data and metrics.
• Develop industry knowledge in Physical AI and autonomous tech sectors.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
• Close critical roles with time-sensitive hiring goals.
