Job summary

Russell Tobin seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles in Sunnyvale, CA. You will partner with engineering leaders to source, engage, and hire talent across embedded systems, hardware, autonomy, ML/AI, and software engineering.

You will build strong pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and influence hiring decisions with market insights in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for embedded software, hardware, robotics, AI/ML roles.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to hire in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and organization.

What You'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and advise on market trends.
• Source and engage passive candidates using creative, data-driven approaches.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche engineering skill sets.

• Demonstrated success recruiting for highly technical engineering roles such as:

• Experience partnering directly with senior engineering leadership.
