Additive is hiring a Technical Recruiter in San Francisco to build the team behind an AI product transforming tax and accounting. You will own searches from sourcing through offer, partnering with hiring managers, and scaling recruiting across the company.

We value quality, speed, and candidate experience, with in-person work five days a week in downtown San Francisco. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to SF.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years recruiting experience, including technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and close software/engineering candidates.
• Strong judgment and communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from start to finish: source, screen, interview coordination, offers, and close.
• Build engineering pipelines, outbound outreach, and candidate momentum where needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and keep searches moving.
• Close candidates with conviction and manage competing offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and clear communication at every step.
• Help shape recruiting processes, interview practices, and scorecards as the team grows.
