Job summary

Additive is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to help grow an AI-powered tax startup within Thomson Reuters’ ecosystem. You’ll own full-cycle searches from sourcing to offer, build engineering pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers across the company.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency, with experience independently owning searches from sourcing through close.
• Experience recruiting technical talent, particularly software engineers.
• Strong sourcing instincts. You do not rely on inbound applicants to fill roles.
• Excellent judgement and communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working with incomplete information, changing priorities, and processes that are still being built.
• High ownership. If a search is not working, you dig in, figure out why, and change the approach.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from start to finish. Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage candidates, run offers, and close.
• Build engineering pipelines from scratch. Outbound outreach and momentum where none exists.
• Become a real partner to hiring managers by calibrating what great looks like and keeping searches moving.
• Close great candidates by understanding motivation and navigating competing offers.
• Make the candidate experience excellent with clear communication about Additive's mission.
• Help build the recruiting function by improving processes, tooling, and interview practices.
