Job summary

ASM is seeking a six-month contract Technical Recruiter to balance hands-on recruiting with process improvements across global teams. You will collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, IT, Data & Analytics to scale solutions worldwide.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, build pipelines for technical roles, manage multiple requisitions with a focus on data-driven hiring, and contribute to Power BI dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline development skills.
• Experience with recruiting processes, systems, or technology improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruiting data, reporting or dashboards.
• Experience partnering across multiple teams, functions, and geographies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of technical and engineering positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive hiring strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience, speed, and quality.
• Support project-based development and improvement of recruiting processes and infrastructure.
• Develop and improve Power BI recruiting dashboards and reporting.
