We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for a range of IT roles across the organization (national and international projects).

Role: IT Recruiter.

Location: 100% Remote.

Responsibilities: Work closely with sales managers to understand technical requirements for open roles;Source candidates through internal database/tools, LinkedIn and employee referrals;Conduct initial phone screenings and assess technical skills;Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates;Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS);Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals;Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;Stay updated on latest recruiting trends and best practices in the tech industry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields;Min. 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter;Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, etc.);Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases;Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g. Developers, System Admins, Data Analysts, Cloud, Engineers, etc.);Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
