Loar Group is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record sourcing and hiring engineering talent within the industrial manufacturing sector. As an integral part of the Loar corporate Talent Acquisition team, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building engineering talent pipelines and providing a full range of recruiting services to the Loar Business Units (LBUs).
This role requires an experienced talent acquisition specialist who has operated successfully in both corporate and agency recruiting environments, and brings a consultative, strategic, and creative approach to building engineering talent pipelines across multiple geographies. The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with Engineering leadership and other stakeholders to drive high impact hiring strategies, proactively source niche engineering talent and support Loar’s long-term workforce planning.
