Job summary

Insight Global in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams. This onsite role requires partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and to build strong talent pipelines.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering processes for high-priority technical positions, ensuring timely placements while promoting an inclusive hiring approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations, or Design Engineering roles.
• Strong partnership experience with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Able to work onsite 5 days/week in Long Beach, CA.
• Experience working in the avionic, space, or aerospace industry is preferred.
• High-volume recruiting background.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to closing.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for high-priority roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build pipelines.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies to fill critical manufacturing, operations, and engineering roles.
• Maintain onsite presence and partner with business leaders in Long Beach.

A large commercial space company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support high-priority hiring efforts across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams. This individual will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of technical positions. This persona will sit onsite 5 days a week in Long Beach, CA. They will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and build strong talent pipeline.
