We work with some of the most innovative startups to household names and VCs in the world, helping them find and hire top-tier engineering talent. Now we’re looking for someone early in their career to grow with us, learn the ropes of technical recruiting, and make a real impact fast.

Location: Remote (Must be USA)

The role:

• Sourcing and reaching out to software engineers, product managers, and startup operators
• Crafting compelling outreach messages that actually get responses
• Screening and qualifying candidates with a strong eye for detail
• Working directly with founders and hiring managers on urgent searches
• Helping refine our outreach strategy, tools, and process as we scale

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of recruiting, sales, or high-touch customer experience
• A natural curiosity for startups, tech, and how things get built
• Competitive mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
