• We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who has strong closing skills and independently manages a full-lifecycle recruiting desk
• This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a top company early on, and it comes with a lot of responsibility across hiring and retaining top talent
• This is a temporary role with flexibility for remote applicants that meet our role requirements
• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve overall productivity & efficiency
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
• Learn to influence and partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data and metrics
• Gain industry and business acumen on the Physical AI, autonomous vehicle, and Venture Capital landscape
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand
• Successfully negotiate and close candidates to fill critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor
