PRI Global is looking for an experienced recruiter specializing in product roles such as Product Managers and Designers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product recruitment, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers.

The role involves understanding the product lifecycle, supporting hiring managers, and influencing stakeholders across functions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a preference for Workday ATS will be necessary.

• Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends.
• High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred but not required.
