Job summary

Workday is seeking a technical recruiter to own the full lifecycle for technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will source top talent through Taleo, LinkedIn, Facebook and other online channels, advise on recruitment strategy, and drive the screening, interview and offer process while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and grow talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting in a fast-paced SaaS/web environment.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive for action.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ATS (Taleo, Jobvite, etc.).
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels.
• Significant experience with direct sourcing via social media and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of the web talent market and sources.
• BA/BS preferred.

• Full life cycle recruiting for Technical roles
• Sour ci ng for key talent through Taleo, LinkedIn, Facebook and other on-line, so ci al media
• Provide recommendations for recruitment strategy and the use of various on and off-line products and tools to assist in attracting key talent for your searches
• Drive candidate screening, interview & offer process, communicating with candidates throughout the process; ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience
• Develop hiring manager and internal relationships with key stakeholders
• Build talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system

Qualifications

• 6+ years technical recruiting experience within a fast paced organization, preferably with experience in web-based, SaaS product companies.
• The a bi lity to influence without authority, a drive for action
• Strong business acumen and competitive market awareness
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, Taleo, Jobvite, etc.
• The a bi lity to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels.
• Significant experience with direct sour ci ng, using so ci al media, Linkedin, and other creative approaches (flash mob?)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook
• A strong client focused and sales orientedattitude
• Knowledge of the web talent market / space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni asso ci ations and other sources of great candidates
• Knowledge of online and so ci al media
