Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles. The role is based at our Carmel, IN headquarters, with a relocation to Noblesville, IN in 2027.

After training, you may work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays, with on-site days the rest of the week. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, interview processes, salary negotiations, and onboarding, while building a strong talent pipeline and representing the

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of mostly exempt-level roles, primarily engineering, software and highly technical roles.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers and present job offers.
• Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and local events.
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop recruitment strategy to increase talent pool and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Assist in onboarding and participate in organizational improvement projects.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for engineering and manufacturing related roles. The position will require using a variety of leading edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans.

This position will initially be based in our Carmel, IN headquarters. Our headquarters will be moving to Noblesville, IN in January, 2027 and the position will be based there at that point.

This position will have the ability to work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays each week (after your initial training), with the remaining days working on-site at our headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment of mostly exempt-level roles, primarily engineering, software and highly technical roles.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
• Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and other local events
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop a strategy to increase talent pool
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions
• Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
• Participate in organizational wide improvement projects
• Help with company-wide engagement events

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles required
• Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
• Ability to provide consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture, etc.
• Knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful
• Ability to manage confidential employee relation information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Employees must follow all information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report any suspected security incidents to support our information security controls.
