About the Role

As we scale, we are hiring a technical recruiter and talent development specialist to strengthen how we hire, develop, and represent the firm in competitive talent markets. This role combines recruiting execution, operational infrastructure, professional development, and employer brand strategy. You will help ensure we scale deliberately and smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across research, engineering, and key operational roles
  • Define role scope, evaluation criteria, and interview structure with hiring managers
  • Manage interview processes and candidate communication
  • Ensure a smooth, positive, and welcoming experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Optimize ATS and recruiting workflows
Internal Training & Development
  • Lead firm-wide professional development initiatives and recruiting programs
  • Identify skill gaps and implement structured training programs
  • Source and integrate external learning resources
  • Reinforce structured interviewing and evaluation
Branding & Talent Marketing
  • Define and communicate our talent value proposition in the competitive quant landscape
  • Build and coordinate employer brand presence across LinkedIn, website, and other channels
  • Refine messaging that communicates our research environment, technical platform, and career growth opportunities
  • Plan and deploy content (written, video, and digital) that highlights our culture and standards
  • Partner on conference, campus, and industry event strategy
External Presence
  • Represent company at career fairs, conferences, and targeted industry events
  • Manage university and industry sponsorships to build long-term talent pipelines
Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent marketing
  • Strong experience using Greenhouse (or comparable ATS), with ownership of workflows and reporting
  • Highly data-driven; comfortable analyzing metrics and optimizing processes
  • Experience building or coordinating employer brand initiatives across digital channels
  • Effective story-teller with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex, technical environments clearly
  • Experience working with technical or research-driven teams
  • Experience with career fairs, sponsorships, or campus recruiting
  • Financial services or quantitative experience strongly preferred
Pay range and compensation package

The expected base salary range for this role is $105,000–$140,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Compensation is determined based on experience and scope of responsibility.
