Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is a Fortune 100 home improvement leader seeking a senior recruiter to develop talent attraction strategies and identify top technical talent.
You will lead intake with clients, assess qualifications, screen candidates, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding while partnering with HRBP and COE teams. You’ll handle complex roles up to Director level, build diverse candidate pipelines, and coach new recruiters.
This role is primarily responsible for developing talent attraction strategies, identifying key resources for talent, sourcing and recruiting top technical talent and leading intake meetings with clients. This individual assesses qualifications, screens candidates, negotiates and manages the job offer process, and secures on-boarding process completion. This role will also partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Compensation and Sourcing. This role will typically handle complex mid Manager or Professional roles up to Director level and will deliver top talent including recruiting from diverse talent pools.
5 years of experience in technical recruiting within a corporate, consulting, or high growth environment.
