Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or other relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• 5+ years of behavioral interviewing experience
• 5+ years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Source potential technical talent by meeting with clients to verify job profiles and specs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Assess candidate qualifications, screen resumes, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence to optimize processes.
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for mid to senior roles.
• Coach new recruiters and share best practices across the team.
• Advise hiring managers on interview tools, guides, and structured processes.
