Job summary

E-Logic Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, recruit, and place highly qualified Information Technology professionals supporting Milwaukee Transport Services.

The successful candidate will manage multiple requisitions while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting technical professionals, conducting screenings and interviews, evaluating qualifications, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, building talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three (3)+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, Help Desk, and Cybersecurity professionals.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
