Job summary

Tensley Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting in the cleared GovCon and Intelligence Community space, including TS/SCI with polygraph candidates and commercial roles.

You will handle full lifecycle recruiting, support proposal recruiting, and use an ATS to manage candidate pipelines in a 4‑day/week in‑office role in Maryland. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 4–6 years of recruiting experience in this space is expected.

Tensley Consulting is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with prior experience recruiting in the cleared space, specifically supporting TS/SCI with polygraph candidates as well as commercial.

This role requires hands‑on experience working cleared and commercial technical positions, supporting proposal recruiting, and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.

This is a 4 day/week in‑office position.

Education/Experience

4–6 years of recruiting experience in the cleared GovCon or Intelligence Community space. Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.

Required Skills

• Experience recruiting and engaging in the full life‑cycle recruiting process with cleared candidates
• Familiarity with proposal recruiting and short‑turn recruiting efforts
• Working knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting workflows, AgileATS preferred
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
• Foundation in recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
