Job summary

Colonial Staffing Group, a nationwide recruiting firm, seeks driven Technical Recruiters to join our Mansfield, MA team. Enjoy a base of $50K+ with uncapped commission and an annual OTE of $80K–$150K+.

You will source, engage, and place qualified candidates across tech sectors using modern recruiting tools. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA degree and ≥12 months of agency recruiting or relevant B2B sales experience, plus familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, resume databases and boolean search.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 12+ months of agency recruiting or relevant B2B sales experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Mansfield, MA, or Shelton, CT.
• Experience with recruiting tools and software is a bonus.
