Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. This role offers base salary plus commission, performance bonuses, and a flexible work environment, with opportunities to partner with leading engineering and manufacturing clients.

You will source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and align client needs with candidate strengths.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
