Everforth Apex Systems seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized technology portfolios in Coppell, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates across AI, cloud, data science, cybersecurity, and engineering domains, conduct rigorous evaluations, and guide offers with HR. A strong background in enterprise tech recruiting and extensive sourcing tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-cycle technical recruiting is required.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting in specialized domains including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management databases, and advanced professional search tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design tailored talent acquisition strategies for niche technical requirements.
• Source, engage, and build pipelines of passive candidates in emerging technology sectors, including cloud, data science, and security.
• Utilize advanced sourcing platforms such as professional networks, databases, and talent mapping techniques to identify top-tier talent.
• Conduct professional candidate evaluations to assess technical capabilities, relevant experience, and organizational alignment.
• Deliver labor market intelligence, compensation trends, and competitive hiring insights to business stakeholders.
• Facilitate a structured, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with human resources, compensation design, and leadership teams during candidate offer development.
• Maintain precise candidate records and administrative workflow details within the applicant tracking system.
