Insight Global in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for Digital, AI, data, and technology roles across the enterprise. You will own searches from intake through accepted offer and partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Initial focus areas include Digital, AI and technology hiring, with the ability to support other functions as needs shift.

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Recruiter for a client of ours in Cincinnati, OH! Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role:

Must-Haves:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume enterprise environment.
• Strong technology recruiting experience across Digital, AI, data, IT, or related technical roles.
• Strong passive sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Strong hiring manager partnership, candidate management, and offer-closing skills.

Preferred Experience:

• SAP recruiting experience, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience; Workday, Greenhouse, or similar ATS experience also relevant.
• Global recruiting experience across multiple countries or time zones.
• Cincinnati-area candidate preferred for occasional onsite support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support increased hiring across Global Functions, with an immediate focus on Digital, AI, technology, data engineering, analytics, transformation, and related technical functions. This person will operate as a full-cycle recruiter and should be able to step into a fast-moving enterprise environment with minimal ramp-up. The recruiter will own searches from intake through accepted offer while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Initial demand will primarily support Digital, AI and technology hiring, although the recruiter should be versatile enough to support additional functional areas as business needs shift.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
