What You'll Do:

️ Lead full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 requisitions

️ Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to strategize and execute recruitment plans

️ Source top technical talent through LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels

️ Drive diversity-focused outreach and talent pipeline development

️ Offer market insights and negotiate competitive offers

️ Share best practices and help improve recruiting processes

What We're Looking For:

️ 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience

️ Strong consultative skills to influence and advise hiring teams

️ Familiarity with ATS tools (SuccessFactors a plus!)

️ Knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices

️ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
