Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, manufacturing, and semiconductor-related positions in Chicago. • 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled technical talent.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Ability to manage 3-5 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting phone and virtual candidate interviews.
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Partner with account managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and while onsite
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical positions.
• Recruit for roles such as:
• Mechanical Engineers
• Electrical Engineers
• Manufacturing Engineers
• Process Engineers
• Firmware and Embedded Engineers
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Partner with account managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.

Must Haves
