Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with hiring managers and develop targeted staffing strategies. You will source, engage, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS.

You will build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles, deliver a professional candidate experience, and rely on metrics and market data to continuously improve search performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Workday Recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.

Requirements

• Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes
• Workday Recruiting experience preferred
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry preferred
