Job summary

Jobtailor in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full life cycle talent initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to build proactive strategies and attract top candidates. You will source, assess, and guide candidates through interviews, while ensuring compliance and accurate ATS tracking.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, two years in recruitment, and familiarity with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or related software.
• At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full life cycle talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Utilise internet job tools to source and/or attract passive candidates.
• Work directly with candidates and hiring managers on scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate and support other HR team members in recruiting initiatives across the organization.
• Direct accountability for tracking candidate activity in our ATS for recordkeeping, reporting and compliance.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on current business needs.
